I have never eaten at Arby's before, but thought I would give them a try. I ordered the Big Cheesy Bacon Burger and Curly Fries (Large). They made my hamburger exactly how I ordered it, so props to the people cooking my order, Thank You. So I wasn't the first order to be delivered, there was a stop before me and that set the tone for cold food. Had to reheat everything and then it was time to eat. The food was not all that good. I was expecting something different than every other burger place, but sadly it wasn't any different. The tomatoes were the end pieces, the pickles, not my favorite and the 2 half slices of onion just didn't work. So the food was definitely edible, but nothing special, so I will continue the hunt for a really good burger.

The roast beef was stringy, fatty. The chicken sandwich was over done and hard, barely edible. Food was not hot. Literally was only given ONE ketchup packet and ONE Arby's sauce packet for two sandwiches and french fries. Regret ordering.

I thought crispy was in reference to the chicken but the wrap itself was crispy. Horribly packaged no way to eat it like a wrap. I are a little bit of the dry chicken and threw the rest away. Super disappointed.
