the Classic Beef 'n Cheddar is the best Sandwich! I get every time I go to Arby's. I put one Arby's Sauce Packet . You can't get this type of sandwich anywhere else that tastes as good. My milkshake was amazing too. I was upset about them being out of curly fries though.

the fries are cold and not fresh at all, the Roast Turkey Ranch & Bacon Sandwich taste old and the bacon is super crispy and tastes like they've been sitting out for a while. which is sad considering my dasher was waiting on the food forever. Not their fault at all. they did great. would not order again. during the day its usually fresh.

very disappointed in our food today. I used to eat here at least 3 times a week, now maybe 3 times a year. quality is very poor. beef and cheddar was ok, cheese was cold, fries and potato cakes were cold and greasy. Hopefully they'll get back to their old ways.

The ham slider was good. The curly fries were overcooked and inedible. I ordered iced tea. I got the tea but NO ice. I will no longer be eating Arby's food.

we were giving the wrong food,when we called Arby's,they had no problem fixing the issue.. Chase was wonderful and we will be returning and ordering from this Arby's in the future. Good job Chase!
