• 9/5/23I can't say enough about Art of Roux! Shrimp Poboy is AMAZING( Big juicy shrimp)YUM! Now, The Red Beans Plate is my husband FAVORITE, he's from NOLA & says it's the closest to his grandmother's than any place around here. ART OF ROUX IS DEFINITELY A 10 to our family.

I just found my new favorite restaurant. My order can in a plate that contained a container of rice and a container of red beans. There was so much I was able to split the red beans into two portions. (Lunch for tomorrow!!) The rice was perfectly cooked and the red beans were full of flavor! 5 out of 5!!

• 11/24/23All of the food was Amazing! The Banana Pudding was soooo good, almost taste like a Banana Banana Pudding Cake. I recommend this place to anyone wanting some good food at a cheap price! The only problem I have potato Potato Salad portion was not enough. Way too small

• 5/21/25Everything I've had so far is 100% amazing. The gumbo and jambalaya are PERFECT. Comfort food at its finest. Some foods don't travel well. That is not a problem with Art of Roux. Thats how you know it's good. The Shrimp Po' Boy knocked me on my tail.

• 2/2/25This is our favorite restaurant!! The food is always fantastic. I had a shrimp poboy and Cajun fries. Best shrimp poboy in town! The fried shrimp and the fried oysters are so good! They also have the best tartar sauce! Yall are doing a great job!
