The Twisted Chicken Souvlaki is the freshest and best grilled chicken we have ever tasted! It is perfectly seasoned without over seasoning and not too salty, with generous proportions. The Rolled Walnut Baklava is very unique and perfectly sweetened--not too sweet, while the Crudités tasted fresh from the garden! I am a picky eater who highly recommends these items at Avli Taverna. We will order again this week!

he food tastes delish, however the portions are so tiny: $16.50 for 3 very small meatballs? and $16 for a tiny cup of Rice Pilaf ... very stingy. I will NOT be ordering from here again.

I've had better experience with the food in-person. The tirokafteri tasted like vinegar. The avgolemono was mainly broth. Salad and lavraki were mediocre. The spanakopita was the only good part of the meal.
