AYAT IS A BISTRO THAT SERVES HONEST, ORIGINAL PALESTINIAN FOOD MADE WITH LOVE.
AYAT is a cafe serving honest, authentic Palestinian cuisine …
Everything tasted amazing! Can't recommend the Zahir enough. The Chicken Kebab was also good, but a little lacking on the value for money in terms of the quantity for the price. Falafel was awesome as well, but has to also be said that the halal carts in Bay Ridge (86th & 5th) do very good Falafel Over Rice too.
1 star dropped because of the Chicken Kebab quantity.

Most of the items on their menu is delicious but the Fattat Jaj is my favorite. The combination of soft savory chicken and sour yoghurt with the crisp nuts and chips makes for an explosion of delightful flavor especially when served warm. The Baba Ganoush has a healthier taste - fresh and less oily but also delicious. I would definitely order (and visit) again, not only for the food but also because of their support to an important humanitarian cause! Also thank you for using more carton and less plastic! Ayat is good for humanity, the planet, and our taste buds and tummy :)

Where do I begin, the wrap had very little meat that was cold and not fresh. The small zahir was 11.00 for a 4" container that's half full, cold, with no flavor. used to be much better. Sorry to say I would not be ordering from here again.

The Fattat Jaj was DELICIOUS - most of their dishes are but this is my favorite. Beautiful blend of taste profiles and textures, very filling portions, and I also love that the delivery came in tamper free non plastic container and in a gorgeous bag with a motto that brought tears to my eyes: "whatever your belief, we are ALL HUMAN and we love you". Thank you and I couldn't agree more! May justice and humanity prevail, Insya Allah/ God Willing.

the Msakhan was terribly sour, too much pomegranate molasses or what ever they put to make so sour that its inedible, the half chicken was good though. the Falafel very dry even with the sauce, not typical of ayat, very disappointed. the Pizzawarma is ok but doesnt any rave. very disappointed with Msakhan, I was looking to the flavor. I wish I take a pic if what me and family ate.
