I called the store ahead of time and asked if my sushi rolls could be made with less crab because they are usually overfilled. Unfortunately, the employee I spoke with was very rude. This is the same employee who previously hung up on me and refused to provide her name when I asked for it. The issue started when I politely asked for a small amount of Sriracha on the side, something the other employees have always done for me. Instead, she responded rudely that there would be an extra charge. Since this wasn’t the first negative experience I had with her, I asked if I could speak with a manager. She then hung up on me and blocked my number.I was eventually able to speak with the owner, who listened to my concerns, understood the situation, and apologized for how I was treated. However, despite our conversation, the employee never informed the kitchen about my request to make the rolls with less crab. As a result, when I received my order, the rolls were still overfilled with crab and much larger than I had requested.

Fish was not the best for the price you pay. I got the Sashimi Special (6 Pieces) 2 Salmon, 2 Albacore, 2 Chef choice and salmon was slimy, albacore and tuna tough to chew through. Terrible experience

I literally cannot get enough of this place! Everything is SO fresh and fulfilling portions! Never had a "fishy" or unpleasant meal—the consistency is not missed or wasted on me...and the later operational hours is a bonus! Keep up the great work Chef(s)

Everything is so yummy this place is a hidden gem! The only thing that threw me off a bit is that my eel rolls had little hair like bones, im not a long time eel eater so I'm not sure if that's normal or if other times I just didn't notice them, nevertheless still delicious and I chewed carefully just incase. My picky mom loves the seafood ramen when she usually doesn't seem to like ramen from other places.
