My family and I have patroned Azteca for over a decade.(Close to 15 years). Over time, the quality of food and service have been on a decline. The portions have diminished and the taste has as well. Nothing matches today though. We ordered takeout. I got the fajitas texanas. I’ve noticed that all of the fajita side portions have been diminished over the past few months. For instance putting the pico and guacamole in tiny condiment saucers that have barely a spoonful of food in them. Definitely not enough to make more than one fajita. I asked my husband to get a side of Valentina hot sauce. The server brought out a very small size saucer again not enough for even one fajita. My husband asked for additional. The server said that his manager told him he couldn’t give more. My husband asked if we could pay for me. The server said he went to ask his manager and the manager said that was all we could get. We don’t have to pay to use condiments while dining in. And what was the issue with paying for another small condiment saucer? Like what kind of manager denies a request for a condiment lol? It was just outrageous. I couldn’t even believe that it was happening. Oh well. It was probably time to explore other Mexican restaurants anyways. We’d stayed around out of loyalty but what happened today was insane. Will not order again.

There was barley anything in the container, you could see straight through the container. Food had no flavor and rice was hard.

Everything tasted cheap. It tastes like store bought chorizo, canned refried beans, canned enchilada sauce, rice was dry like it's been sitting for a while, cheese burrito tasted like frozen pizza, and the ground beef tasted like the premade store mix.

Horrible packaging. Flan leaked all over the bag and into the rest of the food. Ruined my entree and just made a mess when I unpacked it. They didn't seal it correctly. Terrible
