Delicious! Every time we order from Backstop we're delighted with the food that we get. This time around I tried the Smoked Brisket Salad for the first time. It was huge, with lots of hot sliced brisket on top. The salad was cold, and fresh. I could barely finish the whole thing. I will definitely order this again.

Not a bad thing but kid mac and Mac & Cheese tastes like kraft but with shredded cheddar on top. Which hey at junior prices who cares it's yummy and going to a kid. The wrap is good flavor and the right ratio of sauce where it's not soggy.

The Whiskey BBQ Mac & Cheese with pulled pork and brisket were both absolutely amazing! Tater tots and cheese curds also, I appreciated the napkins and plasticware. Would 10/10 order again!

HIGHLY RECOMMED. Decided to give the Cuban Sandwich a try, and the flavor may just end up blowing your mind🤯🤯 Staff at BB&G have always tried their hardest to accommodate special requests too. Their portion sizes are generally great, would definitively order from them again.

I have eaten at Backstop several times. I am pretty certain that some will disagree with me. The biscuits were excellent and substantial. It's the gravy that I had problems with. Parts of tasted Fishy. I was looking for some comfort food but the gravy was full of pepper and covered in Paprika. I had to drink quite a bit of water to keep the pepper at bay. The sausage chunks did not taste like traditional country pork sausage. It was a wake up meal not a Saturday morning comfort meal. So based solely on the gravy I have to give this meal a 3/5 stars.
