HOLY **** their Pork Belly Sandwiches is bomb af! Different from other banh mi restaurants which served slices of bbq pork. M3J banh mi is crispy with a soft center full of flavor. You are now my favorite banh mi restaurant. The freshness and portion to price is GREAT! Also their Vietnamese Iced Coffee with Milk is bomb af strong and sweet

their combination beef pho does not skimp out on any meat very hearty flavorful broth amazing little restaurant with big flavors!!!! love this place.

The Grilled Beef Sandwiches was so fresh and good. they pack it up with meat and its not like other places. the Spring Roll was so fresh as well and filling for good price! hope to order again soon

Bread was hard and stale, it felt like I was eating saw dust. The sandwich is poorly constructed with barely anything in it as well as the vegetables being cut too big which made the textures feel off. Overall it wasn't that great of a sandwich.
