Blackened Alfredo...to die for!!! The sauce is rich with a little kick but not too much of either. The chicken is left largely as a breast and it is an entire chicken breast also blackened to perfection. As an Italian, I'm picky about my Italian and I will be going back to Basilico for more and more of their Blackened Alfredo!
