I ordered 5 different flavors (a 2 scoop cup and a 3 scoop cup). They only had 2 of the flavors I asked for. The dasher called me and we struggled to select alternate flavors. This was a confusing process because they were also out of some of the alternate flavors I requested. When the ice cream came, some of the ice cream had a grainy quality, like when ice cream has melted and been refrozen

They didn't have a pre packaged flavor s they sub'd from the larger bin, except it was poorly packaged. I bet I got 3/4 a quart

There was way too much milk and not enough ice cream. It literally tasted like I was drinking a cup of really thick whole milk instead of a sweet and creamy treat :( I'm very disappointed and don't know that I will order a milkshake from here again.

I don't understand how an ice cream place can constantly be out of their ice cream. Fourth order in a row where they didn't have at least half of the order, and on more than 1 occasion didn't even have basic chocolate.
