Hands down the best bbq spot in Detroit, I ordered the Salmon Dinner and Half Slab Pork (Dinner) sides were mac, collard greens, yams, baked beans, and Potato Salad. EVERYTHING was excellent, I didn't even have time to take pictures! My favorite thing is how the ribs are tender and not tough, and they are meaty so you're getting your moneys worth.

Whole Slab was tender and cut up so neatly. Tasty sauce. When I have the taste for Ribs again; This restaurant will be my choice.
I am a little picky about Red Beans and Rice. It tastes okay but it can't compare to Popeyes RB & Rice.
Mac and Cheese was good but a little sharp (sharp cheddar) for my taste buds... I plan to try some of the other sides next time.

the BBQC Rib Tips were delicious as F**** and The Gristle was crunchy and super scrumptious! I'm really excited I found out that you guys have Delicious homemade Collard Greens with meat in them Holy Smokes..it got delivered and I swear it tastes like it was served in store 😋😋 I work Down The Street at Engine #54/Ladder 26/Medic #4 so I'll see you let the guys know 😎🤙🏿 Keep up the Good Work and Be Safe 🚒🚑

The mac & cheese is PERFECT, you can tell its homemade with love. the beans & rice has something stringy in there idk what it is ....lol the cornbread is sweet, warm, fresh, perfect. the half slab is more bone than anything

The ribs were great! I started eating and forgot about the picture. The sauce was sweet and spicy. The ribs were meaty and tender. The Mac & cheese & green beans were great too!
