This house blend was smooth & delicious. I only wish it was hot. Possibly cold 1/2 &1/2 were to blame.

The Chaicicle B&B Frappe™ is delicious. I love the hints of cinnamon and cloves, the larger size so it will last me all day, and the fact that I can get chai in an iced version...yummy! This is perfect!!

i'm always happy with the drink, it tastes great. I usually get a caramel cielo, medium or large, but my whipped cream gets forgotten quite a lot which is a little disappointing.

made the dasher wait 25 min for 1 drink which was wrong. the dasher took the drink back and requested the right one and the girl told him is was right when it was NOT. poor customer service at this location 👎👎👎
