My drink basically tasted like water, had no flavor in it at all and was super watered down. My sandwich had only a little bit of turkey and avocado on it. Turkey Swiss Avocado Croissant

No coconut taste or flakes in Hot Snowball Mocha, taste like bland coffee.

the coffee is great! but this is the 5th time theyve either gotten me the wrong size drink, or didnt give me whipped top after ive asked/ordered specifically for it, both in person and online :(
