I've had difficult experiences with this store. Due to an egg allergy, I select the sandwich option ( Sausage & Cheese Bragel ) that should not have egg on it. Unfortunately fortunately, the order is always messed up and egg is added to the sandwich. 
Coffee is great, just frustrating to that food order is constantly being messed up.

Today was the first time I ordered from Biggby's and I was completely satisfied.  I got a Teddy Bear, Butter Bear, Cold Brew Avalanche and Banana Cream Freeze; everyone was pleased with their selection.  So next time, we can try a different choice. 
There are a lot of coffee shops in my area and I would rather pay extra for good coffee.
