This is very sad for me to write seeing as I love this location and haven't had an issue with them until now. The quality of my drink today was awful. Half of the drink was only syrup, disgusting. It was also supposed to be frozen... it clearly is only halfway frozen (if that).

Super kind customer service people, had my order on time and ready for me to grab and go. The drinks were a hit at work too, so I'll definitely be returning

Everything was good, but the stickers they used to show that the drinks were not tampered with... their adhesive came off on the month part of the lid... that was kinda gross... recommend them, but also recommend that they step up their sticker game for hot drink delivery

I think my sandwiches were rewarmed in a microwave. They were tough and the bacon was hard to chew. They were DEFINITELY NOT made fresh.
