• 2/16/25Love Blossom! Kinda pricey $4 a piece of sushi ouch! But such a treat. Sushi rolls are all yum. Bangkok Beef is delicious.
Seared Tuna Tataki is my favorite and with a Salmon Avocado Roll or two you'll be stuffed.
One of my favorites in summit!

• 3/4/25The Sushi & Sashimi Platter was very fresh and tasty, I've always liked spicy tuna and this one with some of the best I've ever had.
I also enjoy Salmon Rolls and this one is no exception, it was simply excellent. The Nigiri was a nice addition with the regular Sashimi. I would definitely order from here again.

• 4/22/22I got the salmon cucumber roll and the sweet potato roll... Oh my goodness! I've never tasted anything so fresh and the sweet potato was perfectly fried! And such a good deal for two incredible rolls!

• 12/29/25Blossom is super expensive but the food is good. Every time I order just for myself it always cost me $40-$50 which is alot for just one person but again it is good & the quality is better than most Asian restaurants in the Summit area

• 2/8/23We ordered a few items for the office... and not the first time so repeat order. The Sushi is super fresh and the Shrimp Tempura Roll is awesome with the crispi Tempura fry I have ever had. We also got the Fantasy Roll and Snow Mountain Roll amongh others.all the food was great... super pleased. Thenonlychalleneg on large orders is unless you go look for a photo of the roles you can lose track of who gets what. Next time will add instructions but helpful if the roles were written on the containers.
