• 2/16/26Blue Fin used to be the best Japanese restaurant in town. The saba shioyaki was so overcooked it was dried out and leathery; needed a knife to cut it. Side veg overcooked, soggy, unseasoned and inedible. The sushi was mediocre at best. Tempura had thick soggy batter. Ugh.
