• 12/13/24My Dasher Ella was excellent and had excellent customer service and went above and beyond their call of duty. Bob Evans did a great job on my Mushroom & Onion Chopped Steak . And will order this item again in the future.

• 9/26/26The fresh fruit had a bad piece. The chicken sausage was tossed into the same container with the home fries which were for two separate orders. There was less than 1/4 cup of the home fries. The food tasted good, though.

• 7/29/24When we travel we always use these name brand franchise restaurant's for our meals. This time we ordered : one of country fried steak meal and the other biscuits and sausage gravy.
1. The Country Fried steak was disappointing. I have had the County Fried steak meal multiple times. This time the county fried steak itself was hard to cut/ chew and had an unidentifiable mild metallic taste. The steak was thrown out.
2. The rolls which came with the meal were hard and without butter.
3. Both meals were delivered without silverware or napkins. The hotel front desk was gracious enough to find us silverware for our meals.
This meal was disappointing for the price we paid. We did not notified the restaurant of the issues with the food, as we will not be ordering from them again.

• 9/27/26Pancakes and French toast had no hitter or syrup. The eggs were over hard on both orders food definitely tasted left over

• 4/4/22The sausage gravy was very bad. Not the same they have listed on the menu. It tasted like they mixed mashed potatoes gravy and the rest of their sausage gravy together and put it in my bowl. The cinna biscuits were also a little doughy.
