• 9/2/26The Ranch Hand was a nice big potato with plenty of toppings.
They just put the toppings in the open potato though, it is not 'fluffed' or buttered through. Skin is clean and tender if you like eating it, but not crispy, oiled and salted.
I will definitely order again. Next time I'll dump it out upside down and chop it up with added butter.

• 6/28/25It was the first time I ordered from Boise Bill's and have to say the baked potatoes are huge, but better be for $13 per spud.....Would like to know if the potatoes are organic, since you are eating a lot of skin.....quality ingredients and creative offerings. A One of A Kind restaurant for the Belvidere area....(I am a Chicago transplant) A good alternative when you want starch and crave potatoes, but don't want to shop for ALL the ingredients. A comfort food treat...

• 11/22/25There was brown paper around the potato that looked like potato skin and I ate that befe I realized what it was. also the The Big Boise Buckin' Broc n' Cheese was very bland and not all the way cooked

• 8/24/22The meatballs, sauce and cheese were excellent but inside a potato was kind of a weird combo. The potato was dryer than I'd like but I'd still order again to try a different one.

• 4/27/23I feel like we paid for the cups and our drinks. have had much better potatoes in Alabama and in Idaho. potatoes were over cooked, cheese was very chewy and the chicken was very very dry. will not buy again. was not even able to eat but literally 3 bites and same for my husband. just tasted so bad we could not stomach it.
