I got everything fresh and hot and the bo-rounds were so hot and crispy and the bo fries were well seasoned 10/10!

They were out of most of the chicken, and my whole meal was replaced by the supreme dinner, but the chicken was hard, the fries were burnt, and the cobbler was just a cold biscuit with stuff piled on top of it.

Ordered a 6 count Bo berry with EXTRA ICING and only received 5 with a very light drizzle of icing. Unacceptable.

I ordered DoorDash, and for the second time, while the food was, of course, delicious, Bojangles got creative with the order. The prices for DoorDash items are already $2-3 more than the direct purchase prices, however when I order BoSize and get regular, order 4 PC Chicken Supreme @ $12+ and get 4 tiny, less and 1 1/2in tenders, all for second time, just because it is a delivery order, it is very very disappointing.

This has to be one of the best meals I have ever eaten from here. Everything was at the perfect temperature. The chicken was actually juicy!
