I looooove this new restaurant. Everything was good, the berry biscuits with the white sweet glaze on top, the chicken strips was amazing and juicy. I would definitely order again. It was fresh and everything was tasty and buttery! I'm gonna order from here again.

The food was well packaged and hot and fresh! The biscuit was soft and buttery, the tenders and fries were crispy, and the boberry biscuit was delicious.
I can't wait to try the breakfast next! Highly recommended!!

I am so sad to say this, because I am aig Bojangles fan from visiting my family in North Carolina, but this was a nice attempt but it doesn't full measure up. Firstly the fact is location has no bone in chicken is a HUGE disappointment. It doesn't have sweet potato pies 😞. Now let's talk about what they do have. I ordered the Cajun Chicken Biscuit. I was disappointed so much. In the North Carolina locations the chicken is thin sliced chicken breast cutlet and well seasoned to perfection. These were some chicken tenders stuffed in a biscuit with a dash of seasoning. The Mac and Cheese was gluey and tasteless and the biscuit was overcooked and hard instead of fluffy. The only item that didn't disappoint was the Bo-Tato Rounds® this was delicious. Work needs to be done to live up to the standard of its locations in the south. I would suggest the owners go and fully immerse themselves in the Bojangles experience in North Carolina and try to bring that up here. Customer service was nice.

The Bo Berry Biscuit® was deelish and the biscuits are big too. The 12 pc Bo's Chicken Tenders Meal was on point🫶🏾 the tenders were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside and tasted fresh🙌🏾I would definitely order again💯

Highly disappointed. As someone being born in Brooklyn, but traveled to many states also residing in a few with one of them being North Carolina. I was very disappointed with my first order from this location after the anticipation, I ordered the sausage bo berry Sausage Bo-Berry® Biscuit Combo & biscuit was hard like a rock, the sausage was very bland & their "famous tea" wasn't sweet definitely McDonald's sweet tea would've been better, so that should tell you the quality right there. The Peach Cobbler came upside down & was underwhelming. The owner should definitely go to another location preferably past the Mason-Dixon Line to understand how the quality should be. Besides the underwhelming meal, this location not having bone-in chicken killed any chance of me ordering again was pointless to even open if NY wasn't going to have the full Bojangles experience.
