• 6/4/26when I picked up the order I did not notice but I was given a 12 piece meal instead of the 20 piece 20pc Chicken Meal I ordered. I also was told they were out of tea and could only give me 2 half gallons. they replaced the third with lemonade. when I got home and realized I was short 8 pieces of chicken and 4 biscuits I called the store. I had to return to get the missing chicken. the missing chicken was definitely fresher than what I was initially given. when we were finally able to eat I realized I was still missing a side. I wasn't about to call and return a third time and the tea was old and had started to sour. The 12pc Chicken Supremes® Meal was okay. The Supremes were dry as usual, but that is why you get the dipping sauces.

• 2/22/23Chicken was freshly cooked and delicious, sides were tasty and packaged well. All food was at an excellent temperature for eating. Ordered pink lemonade and it was very good.

• 9/7/24The wings were a little small. The classic was okay, it just tasted like Bojangle's regular chicken without the breading. The Buffalo wings were okay but kind of bland flavor

• 12/17/25overcooked chicken, very small pieces, fries were what seemed to be a few hours old. wouldn't bother with this location again. the only thing i'd buy again was the hash browns, they were pretty good.
