Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
I was supposed to get five chicken tenders, but instead, I got 5 burnt scraps that look like they came from the bottom of the fryer. Barely any meat in them, burnt to a crisp, and they're half the size of the chicken tenders you advertise. My fries were also stiff and chewy. What a ripoff

This is my third time leaving a bad review for the quality of chicken tenders I get. They are crispy and have obviously been sitting under the heat lamps for too long. Most respectable restaurants don't serve the burnt scraps of food that have been sitting under the heat lamp all day. Starting to get annoyed at how often I get terrible chicken tenders from this place.
If you order from this place on doordash they will try their hardest to give you the worst pieces of food they can find, so good luck

I'm missing a large BO fry that I paid for, an I'm also missing my Large Sweet Tea that came with my combo aswell. The fry's don't taste fresh either. Rushed to put together my order and did a poor job because it's a DoorDash. Do better management.

the expedition of fulfilling the order is slack. And the chicken was not properly breaded besides being served after expiration
