I am extremely disappointed with my order from Bosna Express. I ordered the pljeskavica, and it was absolutely inedible. It was extremely dry, hard as leather, and completely flavorless. After forcing myself to take just a few bites, I had no choice but to throw it away.
I also ordered the ćevapi. While they were at least edible, they were mediocre at best.
Years ago, Bosna Express served authentic, delicious Balkan food. Sadly, that is no longer the case. The food I received had nothing in common with the Bosnian cuisine I remember. There are many restaurants in Astoria serving far better Balkan food with much better flavor and quality.
This was a complete waste of money, and I will never order from Bosna Express again.
