was very pleased, roasted red pepper was tender and delicious, fresca was made with ripe tomatoes and the guacamole was generous and tasty. large portions, will definitely have 2 or 3 meals from my one burrito bowl.

BOWL - BUILD YOUR OWN with shrimp -forgot to mention these are super mini shrimp. The onions are mostly raw...there are a couple that were cooked enoug to call sautéed. Do not spend the $ on the shrimp.

Fajita veggies were raw and uncooked. The BIRRIA FRIES were in a half sized container the queso fries normally come in, a complete rip off for $15+. Less and less chips each time I order CHIPS AND QUESO. Unsure if under new ownership, but this place has changed. Unexpected for a chain.

BURRITO
Honestly, the whole thing was a huge disappointment. The burrito barely had any protein—it felt like they just threw in one small chicken tender and called it done. The beans tasted off, the rice was hard like it had been sitting out, and then they went and added lettuce and pickles even though I never chose pickles. I’m allergic to pickles, so that’s not just careless, it’s dangerous. On top of that, I asked for ghost pepper sauce, and they gave me buffalo instead.
What makes this worse is that this isn’t even the first time—it happened when I ordered in person before, and now again with delivery. How many times am I supposed to complain before they actually fix things? At this point, I’m fed up. I’m never ordering from them again.
