my chips and salsa and then my Classic Chicken Wrap was very delicious. everything tasted very yummy and was very fresh and hot!

Ordered a salad, no plastic utensils (fork) provided. No napkins. Am I supposed to eat salad with my fingers?? It is a to-go delivery order, the customer is not always at home with a fully stocked kitchen. Carrots in salad are dry and look old. Potato wedges are large.

Dasher had to wait almost an hour, because store "misplaced" ticket. Dasher explained to me that many orders came and went from the pickup window. And never once did the hostess' bother to ask if they could help, despite seeing him there all this time. Order was
2 - 10 pc Boneless Wings honey bbq.
1 - Ghirardelli Chocolate Chunk Brownie
A very simple order.
They in turn, gave 1 large container of 20 pc Boneless Wings with a couple extra Boneless Wings. The orders were separate, and meant to be separate.
This caused a minor but annoying inconvenience. 
Ghirardelli Chocolate Chunk Brownie was great.
Boneless Wings tasted like they were from the day before, and refried.

Not ordering again. The queso container was only half full. I've ordered from other locations and the container is typically full. The kids drink, side of pico and every side sauce was missing. The side of fries were overcooked and tasted like pure salt.

Bad putting together! I only had 5/6 wings that had little sauce on them. We also had a wrap that was falling apart in the box. Finally they forgot to give me salsa for my side of chips.
