when i get the OG chicken Original Chicken Sandwich its normally hit or miss. when its good its one of my favorite bk items. most stores its dry or bitter, but its always fresh and delicious from this bk. the fries are always hot and fresh. to the owner of this franchise your store is great.

My soda was half empty, my french fries were cold and you could see that they were the ones left over

They never adhere to instructions. I still received condiments I instructed not to have and I'm missing items. They don't listen

Food was good, however they shorted me one sandwich and when I called, the manager would not fix the order mistake.
