They included the stem in the Original Chicken Sandwich and the lettuce in the Original Chicken Sandwich is brown.
The patty in the Whopper Jr. Meal wasn't hot even though hot broiled was selected and like the Original Chicken Sandwich, the lettuce was brown.

I did not receive any of the dipping sauces I ordered, I did not receive a straw. And on top of that, the food is stale.
