Ordered two Texas Double Whopper and they sent only one. The bag was clearly untampered with, so it was 100% Burger King. I called up there to speak with the manager, 10 times back to back and not a single answer. $13 for one sandwich gone.

If you want old fries and stale bread, then this burger king is for you! They don't care about quality any more and that's just sad.

Again, cold and burned burgers.Fries not cooked, and ,over cooked at the same time in the same order, very unsatisfactory, I will never order again. Shame on management and staff. 8 out of 10 times, always disappointed. All I get is a remake of my order, which is still the same or industry standard with attitude and discomfort when I ask for the remake. It's a waste of time and money.

The Rodeo Burger was horrible and dried out. The chicken fries were tough to chew because they were overcooked. The fries were left soggy and cold. I was greatly looking forward to this meal but was let down immediately. I never received my two chocolate chip cookies, and was left without sauce in my bag- though I had been charged for it.

the Double Whopper was soggy and very little lettuce . Justa few wilted peices anda very small little peices. over all. i only ate not even half of it. wasteof my money.
