Everyone always has something mean to say about the employees here coming from the reviews I've seen. From my personal experience my food always arrives fresh, amazing and they give me so much sauce. Maybe the drive through isn't good because there is a lot of people expecting the most from the employees. They deserve respect as well.

Royal Crispy Chicken was disgusting,very chewy, overcooked and dry. It was absolutely ghastly!8 Pc. Chicken Nuggets Wendys and McDonalds are laughing at these nuggets. They were dry ad hard.

the meat didn't taste quite the best but it was still okay I have the Original Chicken Sandwich by the way the meat just tasted awful but took a bite and I had to throw it out

Cookies were badly over-baked and hard as rocks, threw them away. Shake and onion rings were ok, but I'm still out $2 cause I'm not digging thru the trash to take pictures for a Doordash refund.

Order the Double Sausage, Egg, & Cheese Croissan'wich because there was a buy 1, get 1 deal and the croissanwiches are my favorite. Was bummed to open one and see that it was a biscuit sandwich; I opened the second one to see if I had a croissant for that, but, alas, another biscuit. I also received a message from my dasher (who was great) that they didn't have the black Iced Coffee that I ordered, and only had the mocha or vanilla, so not even the "plain" coffee was a substitute option. Ended up just getting the coffee refunded. Not pictured, but I did at least get the Large Hash Browns and they're crispy and tasty.
Overall though, disappointed to not get the coffee at all and not get the correct sandwich, which was the whole reason I ordered to begin with. I included a photo of the receipt because I double checked it to make sure I didn't accidentally order the biscuit sandwiches — I didn't.
I probably won't order again, at least not through DD since I can't verify the items in the bag myself.
