The food was not cooked thoroughly, it was very mushy. The hash browns were not crispy. The Frenchtoast sticks were still cold in the middle and hard on the outside.

This place was horrible. The food was old, not cooked or overcooked bun. The chicken 8 Pc. Chicken Fries Meal was missing, it happens. Well called the store to let them know and she said yeah pretty sure they are in there. The rudest customer service I have experienced. Don't have kids who are not educated in client experience talk to your customers. Get new management

The food was completely cold and not fresh, specifically the fries that tasted a day old. My dasher got my order to me on time so there is no reason for it other than Burger King being at fault
