• 8/20/25First, I order and they let someone else who did not have my order take my food. My dasher arrived and someone had taken my food. This should always be confirmed. Then they wouldn't remake it for my dasher.
Second, I paid an extra dollar for Iced Coffee with Cold Foam and they just brought me an iced coffee no cold foam. Definitely not a good experience this time around. Not sure if I would order again.

• 12/4/25I am beyond pissed off. I’ve spent my hard-earned money at this Burger King more times than I can count, and they STILL can’t manage to pack an order correctly. Once again, an item I paid for was missing — not cheap either, but part of an $18+ order. And what did I get for the inconvenience? Nothing...DoorDash couldn't give me a refund.
It’s insane that every time I order from this location, something is always left out. Always. It’s like they don’t even try. When you’re paying restaurant prices plus delivery fees, taxes, tips, and service charges, the very least they could do is put the items you PAID FOR in the bag. Apparently, that’s asking too much.
This Burger King clearly doesn’t care about accuracy, customers, or basic responsibility. I’m tired of wasting my money on food that never shows up and then having to fight for a refund that doesn’t even cover the missing item.
If you value your money, your patience, or your sanity, avoid this location completely. They’ve officially lost me as a customer
