Casanova burger was fantastic. Looked just like the photos, great flavour and was larger than expected. Chips were generous and cooked perfectly. Boneless chicken had good flavour, some smaller pieces had too much batter but otherwise very good. First time ordering here and will be a return customer

Ordered 2 for 1 cheeseburger deal but only received 1 burger. Called the store and they did nothing to help me at all. Very dismissive and said I could order another cheeseburger but would have to pay another $28 for it.. burger is tiny

Mac and Cheese Hot Dog Combo tasted pretty good but the picture was definitely misleading, the chips are really bad and dry. 6 Boneless Chicken Pieces was cooked in very old oil or something because it just taste of burnt seasoning and bland on the inside.

Burgers are great but they really have to work on their instore speed of service and order accuracy! Generally takes 10-20 mins for the dasher to get the order due to the wait instore and often at times burger tech misses the sauces if you order them.
