Really love this cafe.. just wish they used more protective cup wear for deliveries top of the cup is always wide open..

I payed 9 dollars for tomato soup and I got less than a cup of chicken noodle. Pretty dissapointing. They could have at least filled it up to the top.

The latte unfortunately tastes nothing like a tiramisu, the espresso is rather weak... not a good latte compared to others

Place an order for 2 sandwiches and 2 cookies. Both sandwiches were substituted for a lesser value sandwich, we were not happy with the substitution choice (ordered chicken salad and turkey and cheese multigrain and received 2 ham and cheese croissants). Also 1 of the cookies was substituted. Had we known they were out we would have preferred to cancel and order from another store. They did give us coupons for a free beverage but I'm not a fan of their drinks.
