Delicious! I LOVE pizza and can be a little picky. I've worked in a lot of pizza places from big chains to little local restaurants and I know what I like.
I really like Caliente's pizza. The dough has a well balanced flavor and is soft or crispy in the right places. The sauce is perfect; not too sweet, not too tart, well seasoned, and they put on just the right amount. Cheese is top notch; great flavor, good stretch, and not too greasy. Toppings are great quality, taste good, and seem really fresh.
My only tiny complaint might be the dough bubbles because they shift the toppings and leave "bald spots" on your pie, but as good as this pizza is, it's definitely not a deal-breaker issue. (There's a fork on a long stick specifically for popping dough bubbles, but I can see why some places wouldn't want the added step. It can be a little tedious.)

The Classic White Tomato Pie was probably the most delicious pizza I've had in 40 years of life. The crust was crispy on the outside and buttery soft on the inside. The tomatoes were perfectly ripe and tasted home grown. The added truffle oil was absolutely worth the upcharge, though the wonderfully garlic bites that didn't have that oil was delicious in their own right. 14/10 would recommend.

I like the food at this restaurant but the hoagies have so much more bread than toppings. I paid for extra meat this time but it's no different.

Holy Yum!! It was amazing! Everything about it was perfect! Cheese was nice and browned! Sooo yummy! It was gigantic! Love!!

Missing Pep-Tastic Rolls. Steak so well done you couldn't chew it. Paid for mozz cheese and barely any on the Grilled Chicken Salad. I had just ordered this salad a few weeks ago and it was amazing. Hit or miss I guess.
