The shrimp were so big and so flavorful. They were cooked perfectly! The hush puppies were delicious crunchy little balls of goodness too. My daughter lived her wings dinner and the portions were huge! Definitely new fans!

DO NOT SLEEP ON THIS PLACE. I’m SERIOUS. I came in expecting something average and instead got one of the BEST fish meals I’ve had in a while.
The fish was PERFECT. Not greasy, not heavy, none of that nasty oily after-feel you usually get with fried food. It actually tasted CLEAN and fresh, like you’re eating something that’s GOOD for you and still DELICIOUS. The seasoning was SPOT ON and didn’t overpower the fish at all, it just made it better.
The portions were HUGE. You’re actually getting REAL VALUE here, not some tiny overpriced plate. This is the kind of meal that actually FILLS YOU UP.
The jumbo shrimp was INSANE. These things were MASSIVE, literally as big as my mouth, and SUPER JUICY. Not dry, not rubbery, just COOKED PERFECTLY.
They didn’t cheap out either. ALL the condiments were included, no missing sauces, no having to ask for anything.
And the CRAZIEST part is I ordered ONE MINUTE before they closed. Most places would rush it or mess it up, but they still made EVERYTHING PERFECTLY.
If you’re thinking about trying it JUST GO. This place actually DELIVERS.

The food arrived hot and packaged well.
The Chicken Sandwich was SUPER good. The meat portion was large and it was juicy and flavorful. It wasn't crispy by the time it got to me but still delicious. Like really good.
I got two different hot sauces they were both good but I liked the one that wasnt so sweet.
French Fries dont transport well but they tasted fine. They gave a lot of fries but that just overcrowded the box causing them to be soggy.
The Jalapeno Poppers [6 Pcs] were hot and CRISPY. Yummy cream cheese and cheddar. Not spicy.

The best fried food I've eaten; not greasy while light and filling. The cooks there are very kind and generous, plenty of napkins and two forks to separate dinner and dessert.

LOVE! LOVE! LOVEEEE THIS RESTAURANT! So happy to see this place on DoorDash since I normally have to order through UberEats. I'm from Chicago and this place is the closest thing I've found to Harold's. I always get the whole chicken wings Chicago style fried hard and extra lemon pepper and I've never been disappointed. Fried gizzards and catfish nuggets are always great too!
