Love their burgers and will definitely order again. only complaint is the occasional ommission of a straw when ordering a beverage, and I swear they sent me a diet coke last time. Rather disappointing when you are paying a premium for it. Still one of my favorite places in the area.

the Single Western Bacon Cheeseburger® Combo had almost no sauce and only one piece of bacon and the onion rings where over cooked borderline burnt. the Double El Diablo Combo I ordered extra sauce and extra bacon and it had 2 pieces of bacon and almost no sauce.

I ordered the 5 Piece - Hand-Breaded Chicken Tenders™ Combo . My chicken tenders were extremely over fried and some tasted burnt. My milkshake was more like milk. It's sat way too long and melted. The fries were meh but not burnt so I ate them. Probably the worst meal I have gotten from Carl's Jr. Ever. My door dasher did great. The food was terrible.

Carls Jr used to have the chicken strips in town. Now they are frozen chicken fingers. Very disappointing and absolutely not worth the price.

there were pieces of black charcoal french fry in the fry box and the fries and chicken were cold and the chicken strips weren't even full chicken strips
