$7.00 for 3 dam onion rings is a bit ridiculous, did someone make a mistake??? Burger was good, coke a lil on the watery side. .

Absolutely unacceptable! I ordered TWO Double Cheeseburgers from Carl’s Jr. and paid the full price for both. Instead, I received regular cheeseburgers with only ONE beef patty each!
Are you kidding me? Your own menu clearly shows TWO beef patties in a Double Cheeseburger, yet what I received looks absolutely nothing like the advertised product. Just look at the photo I attached!
I paid for two Double Cheeseburgers, not two regular cheeseburgers. How difficult is it to get such a basic order right?
This is incredibly disappointing and completely unacceptable. Customers should receive exactly what they ordered and paid for, not a cheaper version of the product at the full price.
Terrible quality control, misleading presentation, and a complete waste of money. I expect a refund for the items that were not prepared as ordered. I definitely do NOT recommend this place!

Never received the Iced Coffee that I paid for, this is becoming a usual occurrence with door dash, are the dashers not supposed to verify that they have all items?? The dasher told me he saw it was supposed to have a drink with the order but the restaurant never gave it to him, not sure why he didn't ask for it.
