Dish combining fragrant stock-cooked aromatic basmati rice with an assortment of curries (meat/fish curry, eggplant moju/pahi, potato white curry/develled, shrimp & coconut sambol and fish cutlet and a boiled egg), wrapped in a banana leaf and baked. For the vegetarian lumprise, no meat or fish curry , instead an additional vegetable curry to be served with. Also a vegetable cutlet instead of fish.
