I've been coming here for a decade , I must say I fell in love with it the moment I tried their delicacies as a sample outside of the UCI location. My all-time favorite drink is the almond black milk tea, and I always pair it with their crispy chicken appetizer, which is absolutely perfect. The best part about the chicken is that you can customize the spice level to your preference. Additionally, their dumplings are top-notch and highly recommended.

Delicious, not to sweet but sweet enough (Thai Milk Tea (Large)),they give a fair amount of food and boba, amazingly seasoned chicken, everything is still warm (or cold) and very fresh. I would definitely eat from here again

even though this is a Orange Chicken Combo * for cheap price, this was amazing, the sauce for the salad was actually delicous and the chicken is nice and tender. boba was deeliicoouuuss i would soo order all this again!! Steamed Chicken Dumplings (5pc) were a biiiit too mushy for me but still nice flavour!

Crispy chicken combo with medium drink (boba included) is a great deal. I wish they gave more chicken. You get more chicken if you order the crispy chicken as an appetizer (by itself). I would recommend getting the appetizer and adding rice if you want more protein.

The tea was ok but the food was borderline inedible. The chicken was pretty much just batter and did not taste fresh at all. The lettuce looked old and the noodles didn't taste like anything. Even the sauce was watery. I wouldn't order from here again.
