• 1/24/23Great burgers! 'shroom n swiss was super good, the mushrooms sauteed with a little onion and chopped so they are not spurting out of the bun!
Big char with the peppers, it was kept nice and simple, the peppers grilled just enough to get a good flavor & heat.
Well done!! Maybe I will raid ya' next time! 👍
