Every time I order, the amount of nuggets in the salad is completely inconsistent. Even when I pay extra for additional nuggets, they’re rarely included. The salad usually arrives with barely any nuggets at all, just a small, poorly shredded portion scattered throughout. Paying for the upgrade feels like a waste of money because I’m charged for extra nuggets but receive the same amount as a regular order. No matter what add-ons or upgrades I pay for, the portion never changes. If you’re going to charge customers for extras, you should actually include them in the order.

Food arrived fresh and hot! Chick-fil-A® Nuggets Meal arrived hot and crispy and the sun joy was cold and still had plenty of ice upon arrival. Kudos to my dasher! A1

The fries were hot and crispy, the Mac and Cheese was hot, but the salad and wrap were very dry. We asked for dressing for both and received none. I ate the wrap dry and it tasted good although I think it would've been better with sauce. Same with the salad. This is not the first time I have received salad without dressing. Very dissappointing.
