Medium waffle fries not filled to the top. This has happened the last couple times I'm honestly not crazy about the revamped fries, but I still would expect to get what I'm paying for

I ordered 3 large fries and the employee were not thoughtful or handled the food with care . They dumped the sauce and condiments on top of the fries which makes them soggy and cold. Once I opened the bag it was tearing apart due to the condensation and the fries were not even filled up to the top. Train your employees to fill the fries better and handle the condiments better.

This is the "large" fries that I received. Paid $40 for two meals and got the wrong drinks, wrong sizes, and this was the size of the fries.

The only problem I have it the tea. I always get half sweet tea and half unsweetened tea. They always only give me unsweetened tea. And I always buy jugs of tea always and every single time you think I would learn they give me unsweetened tea when it's supposed to be sweet tea. So I'm just gonna start changing my drinks and not buying the jugs cause the food is really good.

French fries was supposed to be a medium portion size. With the exception of the box, quantity size was more a small size.
