They forgot to include 2 chicken strips in my order. The chick fil-A sandwich looked stale and didn't taste good. Not ordering another one.

Missing entree items from order, out of stock on Mac n cheese, so paid for items we didn't receive. Drink had lid was partially on, so drink spilled.
