Folks usually choose CFA because of quality. Lately not so much. I had a crumb for a chicken mini this morning and the Dr Pepper is more carbon soda water than a Dr Pepper. And the hashbrowns are undercooked. That's the kind of quality you get at a Wendy's. Somewhat disappointing.

My chicken Chicken Noodle Soup only had 1 single noodle in the entire bowl. I need carbs, so thankfully there was a package of crackers. This has never happened before so I am assuming it was a freak accident.

My Chick-fil-A® Spicy Chicken Sandwich Meal came with 2 bottom buns, the mac and cheese was dry and seemed like it was day old reheated leftovers, same with the Chick-n-Strips® Meal. They forgot 1 of my drinks. And they didn't put any utensils or any of the sauces we requested in the bag, even though the receipt on the bag clearly states that all of those things should be in our bag.

The Chick-fil-A sandwich meal was delicious and cooked to perfection and arrived much quicker than expected so the chicken sandwich and Waffle fries were still hot and the sweet tea was ice cold and just sweet enough without being too sweet. I enjoyed every bite. Will definitely order from here again and again.

This is my 2nd Bad Chick Fil A experience in less than a week. I am still awaiting a call back from last week on a breakfast biscuit that crumbled as I was trying to eat it from your Dutch Square store. Today, and I took a photo, my medium fry is a small and I paid extra for the medium by
45 cents. Augh!!!! I just want the great food experience I am use to.
