No complaints from me. My chicken was well seasoned and my fish was fried to perfection. They were out of Mac n cheese and so extra fries is the default.

Breading was too hard. Like rock hard, on both livers and chicken.
Maybe chicken had been in a warmer for too long causing the bread to become concrete.
Chicken and Livers both tasted old.
Fries were old and hard.
Mash potatoes and gravy was ok.

No Straw, no napkins, no plastic ware. Did not get the side of Cole Regular Cole Slaw, and one of the hush puppies was so hard I couldn't even hit it on the table to break it. The fish was good. Chicken strips were ok.

My food was definitely the bomb! The only problem is when I order from here I'm always missing something but that's about the only bad thing I have to say! Other than that it's great!!! I love chicken express it's one of my top 3 places to eat from

I paid $10 plus for a kids meal just to get a leg, because it wasn't on the menu as a side. They sent me a box with 1 chicken tender/ no leg! A complete waste to not get the 1 thing i wanted to order!
