I ordered the Quesabirrias (3) with blue corn tortillas and used the two sauces that came with the order and consume. The order came with red onions freshly prepared cilantro as well as caramelized onions. Depending on your spice tolerance you might want to avoid the red salsa. Overall it was delicious.

Unfortunately for me, my order was either missing salsa or I had to specify that I wanted salsa with it; nonetheless, I would recommend it. The bun was perfectly toasted for a torta. A tad crunchy while maintaining a soft and subtle moistness on the inside. Again, it's VERY subtle, which is nice because I don't want a dry torta.
The veggies included slightly pickled red onions, lettuce, and pico de gallo (on the side). I am a big fan of pickled red onions, but they didn't work for this torta for me. The pico isn't spicy at all, but it definitely added a nice, refreshing bite. There is avocado already on it, as well as cheese (cotija?).
Be sure to eat it quickly
it did get a soggy bottom from the refried beans.
The cafe de olla hit the spot for me. Not too sweet.
