• 2/23/26Rice was hard. They ran out of the original packaging that my food is supposed to be in so I was getting smaller amounts of tomatoes, sour cream, and rice. The rice did not taste fresh. It taste tasted old. I would order it again, but probably in person so that I can inspect my food.

• 11/6/24Burrito was a nice size, but meat was extremely salty. The chips were either overdone or stale and not enjoyable. overall disappointing

• 5/25/26Portion size of the bowl was horrible , incorrect portion size for my guacamole and the chips are stale. I will not be ordering from this chipotle again.

• 5/24/26Carnitas were off tasting. Chips were staled and both guac cups were brown. No one hardly touched their meals. Got the same thing last week and it was fine.

• 6/14/26Both kids Kid's Quesadilla meals had NO cheese in Kid's Quesadilla. The Burrito Bowl had a piece of avocado instead of actual guacamole. The Burrito had no cheese.
