The portion of my burrito literally looked like it was for a child. I paid $16 for literally 3 bites of food.

First order was wrong. I had to reorder and so charges and tips again. New order was slapped together. Hardly any beans or sofrito ingredient.

it wasn't double the protein like I ordered. I frequently order the same thing and the Burrito Bowl definitely wasn't made as well as I've had in the past

Order a burrito bowl with Chicken and there were MAYBE 3 tiny pieces of chicken. Very disappointing.

My favorite store - never a miss here, where as the one closer to my home is always missing toppings selected.
